We ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment begins.

We request that any cancellations or reschedulings occur at least 4 hours prior to the beginning of your service. If the cancellation or rescheduling occurs past the 4-hour mark, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes! However, all guests under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

You are welcome to wear anything you’d like, however, we do recommend wearing comfortable clothing.

No, your card will not be charged at the time of booking; however, a card on file is required to secure your appointment. It will only be charged if the booking is a no-show or canceled with less than 4 hours' notice. You are welcome to use a different method of payment at your appointment.
